Our return policy lasts 7 days upon delivery. No refunds will be provided beyond this date.
Please email us at email@example.com and our customer service team will respond to you within 1-2 business days.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Product must be sent in the original packaging and we require a printed receipt that includes your Order #.
- In order to receive a refund you must send us an email with your Order # and Email Address.
- Change of mind is NOT applicable.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Our exchange policy is the same as refunds. Please place a new order and ship the old one back to us for a full refund!
